These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lillia application, website, and related features and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

2. Your Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Some features are offered on a paid basis. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Where applicable, manage or cancel via your app store or account settings. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.

• Access or attempt to access the Services or systems without authorization.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Lillia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lillia and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lillia and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website).
