Account Deletion & Suspension Policy

This page explains how you can delete, suspend, or reactivate your account.
Delete Your Account (7 Days deletion window)
You can delete your account directly from the app or through our web form.
When you request deletion, your account enters a 7 days pending deletion period. After this period, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
How to delete your account in the app

Open the app and tap your profile picture (top right).

Go to Account Details.

Select Delete your account.

Tap Proceed to delete the account.

A confirmation will appear informing you that your account is scheduled for deletion in 24 hours.
Canceling your deletion request
You can cancel the deletion within the 7 days window by logging back into your account.
After 7 days

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Some information may be retained only where legally required (e.g., financial, audit, or compliance purposes).
Suspend (Temporarily Deactivate) Your Account
If you prefer not to permanently delete your data, you can temporarily suspend your account:

Open the app → tap your profile icon

Go to Account Details

Select Suspend my account

Tap Proceed to suspend account
When your account is suspended:

You will be logged out
-
You will stop receiving notifications

Your data will remain stored and unchanged
Reactivate Your Account
You can restore your suspended account at any time by logging in again with the same email address.
If you forgot your password, you can request a new one from the login screen.
Data Handling & Retention

Deleted accounts: After the 7 days pending period, all personal data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Suspended accounts: Your data is preserved and becomes accessible again once you log in.
