Spencer brings decades of experience in founding, building, and scaling healthcare and digital health companies, with a track record of generating more than $300 million in cumulative revenue across digital health platforms, advanced practitioner networks, medical communications enterprises,
and diagnostics and regulated technologies. He is a seasoned leader who combines deep life sciences domain expertise with hands-on operator experience and the discipline to produce measurable growth outcomes.
Most recently, Spencer served as Chief Growth Officer for Mediflix, a patient-focused cardiometabolic disease digital health company, specializing in revenue acceleration, go-to-market strategy resets, and stabilizing growth during transitions. His expertise spans business development, marketing, product development, healthcare consulting, brand marketing, lead generation, and market research.
